These sound enclosures are custom designed metal, modular industrial enclosures. These metal sound enclosures are designed to meet your personal needs and have a long list of options such as various wall thicknesses, access doors, windows, silenced ventilation systems and more. The Metal Industrial Sound Enclosures are designed to keep sound inside to ensure maximum acoustical efficiency for the comfort of plant personnel.

Acoustical enclosures include sound and noise control enclosures of all kinds. What is generally being accomplished is preventing or reducing the noise being generated in one area from spreading or being heard in another area.

The ArtUSA acoust-curtain or sound blanket sound enclosures and metal industrial enclosures are engineered with the goal of achieving noise reduction in industrial settings, such as machinery and generator enclosures.

The ArtUSA sound reducer walls are used primarily as noise barriers, but can also be used as generator sound attenuation enclosures.

The audiometric screening booths are used in hearing conversation programs.

Acousti-Curtain Noise Reduction Blankets or Sound Curtains
Acoustical Curtains or Blankets offer an effective, economical method of noise reduction in a wide variety of industrial, architectural, community, and OEM noise control applications. These blankets use modular panels with effective sound absorption and noise reduction properties that join together to form any configuration required. There area variety of framing systems and options available including double track systems for slide-by, access, roofs and roof panels, intake and exhaust vent baffles as well as view windows. The vinyl-coated facings on the noise reduction blankets are dirt and oil resistant, cleanable and designed for high-use industrial settings.

The Acousti-Curtain Acoustical Blankets offer a powerful combination of noise reduction and durability. QFA-10 Insulation Blankets offer strong sound absorption via quilted fiberglass enclosed in a heavy-duty aluminized vinyl exterior. These noise absorber Blankets are a great alternative to urethane foams because they are fire safe, exhibit low smoke emissions and very strong.

The BSC-25 Acoustical Combination Blanket, (is our ABA absorber/barrier/absorber) encapsulates a vinyl sound barrier septum, allowing sound absorption and noise blocking in one efficient product. This blanket is a good fit for industrial noise reduction applications, because it offers both sound absorption as well as noise reduction.

The BBC-13 Acoustical Combination Blanket, (AB absorber/barrier) also absorbs and blocks noise with a rugged layer of reinforced vinyl sound barrier mounted to an Absorber Blanket. Acousti-Curtain Absorber/Barrier Combination Blankets achieve noise reduction without requiring additional building construction. Mounting hardware is available for curtain track systems, acoustic screens and enclosures for all of the acoustical Blankets.

Field Installation Kits are also available. This kit includes everything needed to make cutouts in blankets on the job site. This works well for cutting openings within the insulation blankets for light switches, outlets, door handles or any other obstacles that may be interfering with the installation of the acoustical blankets or screens.

AudioMetric Screening Booths
These Audiometric testing booths each provide a self-contained environment for hearing conservation programs. The Audiometric testing booths are used for hearing conservation and mobile testing vehicles and are offered with a range of acoustical performance levels, variations in floor plans and numerous options for industrial, military, educational, governmental and medical applications. There are 6 different models of Audiometric testing booths maintained in inventory for quick delivery. The booths are fully ventilated, and include your choice of casters or isolation mounts on all booths except ASB-150.

Large side entry door allows ease of access to persons of all ages. The Audiometric Booths's roomy interior is spacious enough to accommodate a mother and child or an elderly person who would have difficulty entering and sitting in most mini booths.
